Yes. Brainzyme® FOCUS™ supplements are ideal for students! Brainzyme® FOCUS™ supplements are formulated with scientifically proven ingredients that provide your brain with essential nutrients, such as plant and herbal extracts, essential vitamins and minerals, to support your concentration, cognition, energy, memory, and mental performance. All of which can be helpful when studying or taking exams.

They begin to work within 60 minutes, providing fast and effective brain nutrition to improve your mental performance.

Some students take Brainzyme® FOCUS ORIGINAL™ day-to-day, then Brainzyme® FOCUS ELITE™ for 1-2 months before exams, and switch to Brainzyme® FOCUS PRO™ nearer the exam period.

The Starter Bundle includes all three Brainzyme® FOCUS™ formulas: ORIGINAL™, PRO™, and ELITE™. Each Brainzyme® FOCUS™ formula can feel quite different from one another. Here are our recommendations on how to use the Starter Bundle:

• Use only 1 formula per day.
• Take 2 capsules 60 minutes after food.

Directions for Use (Aged 16+): Take 2 capsules, 60 minutes after food, with half a glass of water before and another half immediately after. Alternatively, for a stronger effect, take the capsules at least 30 minutes before food, and/or increase the dosage. Take capsules at least 2 hours away from other supplements and medication.

Children aged 10-15: Open 1 capsule and sprinkle the contents onto food to consume. Alternatively, for a stronger effect, take 1 capsule with water as directed above. Children should try Brainzyme® FOCUS ORIGINAL™ before Brainzyme® FOCUS PRO™ and ELITE™.

Maximum Dosage: Aged 16+: up to 6 capsules per day. Pregnant and breastfeeding women: up to 4 capsules per day. Children aged 10-15: up to 2 capsules per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

For example, some people prefer taking them in the early afternoon to counter natural energy dips and maintain productivity. Others find taking them in the morning works best to kickstart their day. You can also be flexible and take them whenever you typically experience a drop in focus or energy.

Align the time you take Brainzyme® FOCUS™ supplements with your natural energy patterns for the best results.

Brainzyme® FOCUS™ supplements work fast. Typically, the effects can start to be felt within 45-60 minutes and they last between 6-8 hours.

For best results, we recommend consistent use for at least 3 weeks.

Yes, you can take Brainzyme® FOCUS™ supplements every day. In addition to the effects you feel within an hour, there are benefits of taking Brainzyme® FOCUS™ supplements over a longer period (several weeks or months) as your body and brain absorb the vitamins and minerals.

We suggest taking Brainzyme® FOCUS™ supplements daily for at least 30 days in order to maximise the effects. Additionally, some customers like to switch between formulas during the week to maximise the tangibility of the effects.

For example by taking Brainzyme® FOCUS PRO™ Monday-Wednesday for a strong and motivated start to the week, and then switching to Brainzyme® FOCUS ELITE™ Thursday-Friday for a more relaxed and positive transition into the weekend.

No. We recommend taking only one Brainzyme® FOCUS™ formula per day. While it would be safe to combine the different formulas, each formula is designed to work optimally on its own, and combining them won't enhance their effectiveness.

Choose the formula that best matches your needs for the day and stick to that formula only.

For example, many customers create weekly routines – using Brainzyme® FOCUS PRO™ Monday through Wednesday for a motivated and productive start to the week, then using Brainzyme® FOCUS ELITE™ Thursday and Friday for a positive and stress-free transition into the weekend.

For children between the ages of 10 and 15, we recommend starting with 1 capsule per day of our mildest formula Brainzyme® FOCUS ORIGINAL™. Then if you feel necessary, increase to a maximum of 2 capsules per day.

We advise you to open 1 capsule and sprinkle the contents onto food to consume. Alternatively, for a stronger effect, take 1 capsule with a glass of water 60 minutes after food.

Only after they have tried Brainzyme® FOCUS ORIGINAL™ should they try Brainzyme® FOCUS PRO™ or ELITE™, following the same method.

We recommend taking Brainzyme® FOCUS™ supplements at least 2 hours apart from any medication. Start with one capsule to evaluate how you feel.
