No. We recommend taking only one Brainzyme® FOCUS™ formula per day. While it would be safe to combine the different formulas, each formula is designed to work optimally on its own, and combining them won't enhance their effectiveness.

Choose the formula that best matches your needs for the day and stick to that formula only.

For example, many customers create weekly routines – using Brainzyme® FOCUS PRO™ Monday through Wednesday for a motivated and productive start to the week, then using Brainzyme® FOCUS ELITE™ Thursday and Friday for a positive and stress-free transition into the weekend.

For children between the ages of 10 and 15, we recommend starting with 1 capsule per day of our mildest formula Brainzyme® FOCUS ORIGINAL™. Then if you feel necessary, increase to a maximum of 2 capsules per day.

We advise you to open 1 capsule and sprinkle the contents onto food to consume. Alternatively, for a stronger effect, take 1 capsule with a glass of water 60 minutes after food.
